the room was nice and clean, which was a pleasant surprise. the swimming pool area is chill, perfect for relaxing before a flight. i liked the coffee/tea maker in the room, and the shower was really nice. there was a good variety of breakfast options, and everything was fresh. the staff was friendly and helpful when i needed assistance.

We had booked this hotel primarily for its advertised amenities, including a functional restaurant and shuttle service. upon arrival, we discovered the restaurant was closed when we needed it most and the shuttle took an unacceptably long time to pick us up from the airport. To add to our frustrations, the phone in our room was not working, and when we tried to reach out to reception, no one answered our calls, leaving us stranded.
